The Personality Test conducted by the Union Public Service Commission is not a test of knowledge or preparation.

BOARD-STYLE MOCK INTERVIEWS

Duration: 30–35 minutes per mock
DAF-centric questioning
Opinion, governance, ethics & situational questions
Polite but firm stress handling

Each candidate undergoes 2 structured mock interviews as part of the program.

3. DAILY MICRO-GUIDANCE SESSIONS
