The Executive Interview Program (Suite) (IGP)

Transform from an Aspirant to a Colleague with Direct Mentorship from a Former Group A Officer

In the final stage of the UPSC journey, you don’t just need knowledge —
you need presence, clarity, confidence, and the maturity of a future officer.
The Executive Interview Suite (IGP) is designed to help you step into that version of yourself.

This is a 45-day high-impact finishing program, running from the day Mains results are declared until your interview date.
Every session is crafted to turn your personality, thinking style, and communication into that of a future civil servant.

Why This Program is Special

  • Because it is designed by someone who has sat on the other side of the table — a former Group A Officer.
  • Because it does not train you to “answer questions”,
it trains you to think, respond, and behave like an officer.
  • Because this is not coaching.
This is mentorship, grooming, and transformation.

Start Date: After Mains 2026
Mode: Online (Live + Interactive)
Conducted through the institute’s dedicated digital platform

Program Fee: ₹15,000/- (Inclusive of all taxes)

Program Highlights

1- The DAF “Deep Dive” – Week 1

A personal 1-on-1 “Interview Psychology” session where we:

  • Decode your Detailed Application Form like an examiner
  • Identify hidden “trap” zones that can confuse you
  • Highlight “opportunity areas” that can lift your score
  • Design your personal interview strategy
Because your DAF is not a document —
it is your first impression, your story, and your score multiplier.

2-  Sector-Specific Briefings – Week 2 and 3

For candidates from Science, Engineering, Technical, Corporate, or PSU backgrounds, we offer laser-focused guidance:

  • How to justify your academic and career choices
  • How to handle domain-specific questions with clarity
  • How to defend your decisions with logic and confidence
This is taught directly by a Mechanical Engineer + MBA + Former Officer
so the mentorship is not theoretical…
    it is lived experience.

3- The Bureaucratic Perspective – Weekly Sessions

Learn how officers speak, think, and respond.
These sessions cover:

  • How to answer governance questions with balance
  • How to avoid sounding overconfident or overly critical
  • How to show administrative maturity in your tone
Here, you learn the most important skill of the UPSC Interview:
“To think like the Government, not like a commentator.”

4- Elite Mock Interviews – Weeks 4 – 6

Two rounds of high-pressure, real-interview simulations:

  • Mock 1: Background + DAF-focused grilling
  • Mock 2: Situation Reaction Tests (SRTs) + Current Affairs
These mocks sharpen your reflexes, clarify your thought process, and help you speak with calm authority — even under pressure.

5- The Final Polish – Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs)

Video-assisted analysis of:

  • Body language
  • Eye contact
  • Vocal tonality
  • Leadership presence
You learn the subtle art of looking like an officer even before you become one.

This is where you evolve from a “candidate” to a future colleague.
