The UPPCS Mentorship Programme is a one-year, structured guidance programme personally conducted under the Chief Mentorship of Parag Gupta Sir . The programme is designed to guide aspirants from the beginning of preparation up to the Mains stage.

This mentorship focuses on clarity, discipline, prioritisation, and examination temperament, rather than classroom teaching.
